Protect your Gear

Weighted Vest:

DO:

  • Remove the iron blocks before washing the vest. If they get wet, they may rust.
  • After a sweaty workout, always remove the iron blocks and let the vest fully air dry before placing them back in. This will prevent any rust from forming on the weight blocks.
  • Hand wash the vest with cold water and mild detergent. Spot clean after each use to keep it fresh.
  • Air dry the vest by hanging it up.

DO NOT:

  • Do not tumble dry or expose it to direct heat to avoid damaging the fabric.
  • Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they could degrade the material.

Compression Sleeves:

DO:

  • Hand wash in cold water to maintain elasticity and support.
  • Use a mild detergent.
  • Air dry by laying them flat or hanging them up.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the compression and shape.

DO NOT:

  • Do not tumble dry to preserve their fit and function.
  • Avoid fabric softeners or bleach, as they may break down the fabric over time.

Arm Band:

DO:

  • To clean, use a damp cloth to gently wipe the arm band.
  • After cleaning, air dry the arm band completely before reusing it.
  • To maintain its waterproofing, always handle with care and avoid excessive moisture buildup.

DO NOT:

  • Do not iron, bleach, or tumble dry the arm band.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners to protect the materials.

By following these care instructions, your gear will stay in great condition, ready to support you through every workout and recovery session.
